Welcome to Vid Ignite, a product of REAPPS LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Vid Ignite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Vid Ignite allows users to upload or generate videos, which are processed and delivered through our platform. Output videos are available for download for up to one (1) week before being deleted automatically.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the rights to use it.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

REAPPS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Vid Ignite.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any new terms.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience on Vid Ignite. If you have not used any of your credits, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

If you have used credits but encountered a service error on our end that prevented successful video delivery, we will also offer a full refund within 7 days.

However, because video processing is resource-intensive and costly to operate, we cannot offer refunds if a significant number of your requests have already been successfully fulfilled.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any new terms.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how REAPPS LLC, via the Vid Ignite platform, collects and uses your information.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you sign up:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Company name (if provided)

We also temporarily store videos submitted for processing and the resulting outputs.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data solely to provide and improve our services. Your submitted content is only used to generate the requested videos. Processed videos are deleted after one (1) week. All user data is automatically deleted after processing is complete.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights
